I remember Dumak from the old days, weirdly i cant remember last week but remember all the way back then! lol
I play WoT although not very good at it, but my tip would be to never hide, stay in the starting base, therefore making my life easier to zoom in on my light tank and blow up the Arty
Sorry not much help but i dont play artillary at all, just couldnt get to grips with it

Bard - Hevy Measures
Was more but cant remember them now - it was a long time ago! I think i was on my cleric when Dumak raided but have a funny feeling we grouped a lot levelling when i was on my bard or Monk with Wu and Gules.
Another tip i only learnt about last week about Crews... get a few tanks of the same nationality and type so in his case, German / Artillary, but only have one crew(preferably for the highest Tier Arty he has)! Swap the crew out between each Artillary piece gaining the x2 bonus, therefore levelling your crew up really fast.

My plans for the next 2 weeks are to hammer Tier 1 - 4 to elite status (all mods researched) on a few tech tree lines, but NOT buying the T5 tanks, then hopefully the weekend of the 13/14/15th the T5 tanks will be on sale.
If he buys gold, then Garage space is a premium, but its on sale every 6-8 weeks, unfortunatly it was half price only last week so he may have to wait a while now
