got um rune off nm hellforge and decided to try my hand at trading this is whot i got for it.

You can always get better but it often means sitting in trade for ages till the right person comes along. Not worry about it xg :)

Hmmm, tricky to say, trading still confuses me, it's all down to supplyand demand. I wouldn't have traded the UM for those, as I don't play an amazon, so those 2 items aren't useful to me.

I don't think you were ripped off though, especially if those items are useful to you. Might've been able to get a bit more if you held out, but not much more.

While we're on the subject, anyone know if I could get 2 or 3 sojs for an unid Wizard Spike? Or Qual-Hegas plate? The only 2 things I've got for trade at the mo - could use them on my sorc later, but she needs sojs and an ammy now ;)

last tmie i saw, UM rune was 2 soj... i think, not sure the pricing on tenet and valk wing.. but UM is 2 soj i believe

I think that was a pretty good trade. I don't trade very often but I've found 3 or 4 UMs; 3 M'avina's belty things and only 1 Valk helm so it sounds about right.

I wonder if there is a list with each item's value laid out? Obviously it would be largely subjective but it might be handy as a starting point.

Nothing to do with this but I am dying to see the new rune words that come with the next patch. I've got a Pul rune for example and its totaly useless even though it's supposedly better than a lum (according to its level).

I remember seeing a list from a link somehwere on D2net once Pif, although the echange prices where just either "worth X amount of soj(s)" or "not worth a soj"

I spent ages trading an UM the other night, most people wanted 2 um's for 1 soj (got laughed at when I asked for 1 soj each), but I hung around untill I managed to get 1 soj for it.
I rekon you did alright with that deal, but I only play wusscore so dont know about hc prices.

Dont you hate people who laugh at you when you make a trade offer? I think they have a twisted sense of hunmour and should be dragged naked though a field of glass by thier nipples ;)

I have never been into trading but if you got what you want thats ok XG.
As Tmoss says its all down to supply and demand and how long you vcan be bothered waiting for the right person to come along.

he may be a git but at least he still plays wif us :))

..and to reward his loyalty we all spent last night (up to to him leaving for Buffy) slumming it in Norm Diff act 2 so he could level...... *puts can opener back in draw and scoops up the worms that escaped*
