8x 1200mm Artillery (use scouts)
c5-l XL Shield booster
1-2x Shield boost amp
2-4x specific hardeners (t2)
0-1x heavy Cap booster

2-3 Gyrostabilizer II
2-3 PDS II

Drones: 5x hobgoblin II, 5x Hamemrhead II
Rigs: 3x Capacitor Control Circuit

Skills... Hmm.
all cap skills at at least IV
All Shield tanking skills at IV
Drones skills: t2 meds at least, DI IV
BS + Large guns @ IV

prepare to lose it fast. it happens

as for advice:

Warp In
Burst your shield booster, you can't perma-run it but it gives great bosotig with BS IV + amp.
Start shooting. The guns should be ok to kill anything at >40km, and bs etc at less than that.
Manage transversal to hit things
Use light drones to kill tacklers immediately. get aligned to warpout at the first sign of trouble.
Once tacklers are down, swap to medium drones and kill everything else.
