The twist being that higher level players that choose to mentor a lower level player can only use the skills available at that level, although they can still use their normal equipment etc.
Sounds quite useful and an interesting approach to the power leveling problem.
On useful aside is:
"The Mentors and Apprentice will receive experience, loot, and quest credit as if the Mentor were the same level as the Apprentice."
meaning that if there is some piece of chest-only loot you were after (Berik's sword of thunder anyone?) then you can try and get it by mentoring a newb back in SH.
