Here's mine.

Top 5.

1. Liverpool - Yup i'm going for L'Pool to win the league, logic suggests Man U and Chelsea win top the league but for some reason I think L'Pool can finally come out on top. They must get off to a good start and Torres and Babel must shine.

2. Man Utd - I think Rooney and Tevez will take time to adapt playing together and working out a Scholes/Carrick/Hargreaves pairing will mean Utd may drop points at the start, however I think they'll finish strongly and are my Favs to take the Champions League (Hargreaves will make the difference on those tough away matches).

3. Chelsea - Like Utd may start slowly due to injuries, haven't really added any real top quality (Maluoda, Maybe) this season. Roman starting to get bored?

4. Arsenal - The first Herny-less season will be one of adapting, the new Brazilian must start scoring straight away and RVP must stay fit for them to have any chance of winning the league, the defence needs to improve as well and Lemon is a real weakness in goal.

5. Spurs - Will score lots of goals, but time to let Defoe go and buy a real class CB to partner the injury prone King if they want to get into top 4.

Relegated : Wigan, Birmingham, Derby (Fulham and Middlesbourgh also close).

1. Man United

They've spent the most and with Hargreaves, Nani, Anderson and Tevez, they look the most potent attacking force by a mile (not forgetting Giggs, Scholes, Rooney, Ronaldo, Solksjaer!). Can't see past them for the title.

2. Chelsea

They will run Man United close but I still don't think they have enough cover at the back when they get injuries.

3. Liverpool

I don't think they'll be 20 points adrift from the top but I can't see the new signings making a real impact till the second half of the season. I still don't see Torres being the 20 goal a year strikers they desperately need.

4. Arsenal

Still too lightweight in midfield and defence. They have lots of great young talent but they really are missing a couple of wise old pros to shore up the defence and midfield.

Relgated: Wigan, Derby and Birmingham.

1. Arsenal

Yes I'm biased and no it probably won't happen but if our defence stays fit and improves, if the rest of the team buck their ideas up now Henry has gone and if we take our chances, we can take the title. Last season we were excellent against the good teams and shite against the poor ones. Fix that and we're in with a shout.

2. Manure

Probably the best team on paper and stronger than last season but I reckon they might be due some bad luck.

3. Chavski

Their injuries look set to continue and I think they may implode this season.

4. Liverpool

They've bought a load of players but some will take time to adapt and I can't see Torres who's never been prolific (as far as I know) scoring more than 10-12 goals this season. Rafa was on this morning saying he'd be happy if all his strikers got 10-15 goals but if I'd paid well over 20m for a striker, I'd want 20 goals a season minimum when he'd settled in.

Can't really see anyone other than Wigan, Derby and Brum going down.

1. ManU

The new Chelsea. A good squad (although very lucky with injuries last season) strengthened beyond belief spending bucket loads. Will score so many goals with that attacking line.

2. Arsenal

Its actually another Henryless season Janie. Contributed a mars bar and a packet of monster munch last season and tbh I also think its good for us that his ego is no longer at the club. This is the season where some of the younger players need to step up and they had a great pre-season. They still won't be wise enough yet to get the results required in certain games but should be an improvement on last season. If Gallas, Toure, Fab and RvP stay fit then 2nd is not beyond them. Injuries will obviously be our achilles.

3. Chelsea

Stagnating a bit is how it seems to be with Chelsea. No Terry and Drogba for opener apparently.

4 Liverpool

Lots of new players and with no real idea on how Torres (Not to well imo) and Babel will fit into the Prem. If both players have good seasons this year then maybe Liverpool 2008/2009.

Dark Horse: Newcastle (Although will no doubt become a disliked team with Fat Sam at the helm).

Relegated: Derby, Brum, Fulham.

1. Mancs, if Hargreaves stays fit.

They've bought phenomenally well. Having said that, Nani will be vouching for Giggs place and Anderson for Scholes. Tevez plays the same position as Shrek.

Anderson was overpriced and has looked poor.

2. Liverpool.

Agree with Tree; 2008/09 will be see Torres settled and used to the Prem.

If we sign Heinze he will be our biggest signing of the summer and will see us in with a shout until the last couple of weeks.

Our net spend is still only about 12mill. Wouldn't be suprised to see another signing for the flanks.

3. Chavs

Still have the problems accomodating Shevchenko and Ballack.

They were at their best with Robben and Cole down the wing, yet they look like selling Robben and have bought Malouda for Coles position.

They will have to change their style of play from playing with out and out wingers, which has been so successful for them in the past.

Most importantly, they are starting out with a massive injury list. The first six weeks will be crucial for their season. Hope they don't sign Alves.

4. Arsenal

Could come anywhere in the top four. Selling Henry is a great move; he was dragging them down being their captain. Last term they gave LFC a footballing lesson the likes of which I've never seen anyone else play against us - without Henry. Yet in other games looked poor. A total enigma.

Dark Horse : Newcastle. Can't stand Allardyce, but for the first team he has money to spend and has bought in strong British players that suit his style.

Tottenham should push, with Newcastle, for fourth spot. Jol has spent hugely, yet again.

Brum, Derby and Boro to go down.

Think Blackburn could be the dark horses. Nice tight squad, kept their best players (Pedersen, Fredel, Nelson, Bentley and McCartney) and added Rogue Santa Cruz who has tons of experience and should enjoy the pysical side of the English game - can see them finishing top 7 if they don't suffer to many injuries.

You mean McCarthy, not McCartney. Paul's football days are long gone and George plays for teh Irons :D
