Scribblenauts for iPad

The best 2.49 (maybe 2.99) I've spent on a game in a while ! Not a great "game" in that the puzzles are easy if you do the first thing you think of, but great fun when you try different stuff, and so much fun watching other play, someone at work having a go on level 1-1 and using stilts and a trampolene to get all the stars, Genius !

It's games like this on the iPad which make me remember why I get so concerned spending over 20 on a console game, let alone the cost of a brand new game. Just wish I had Apple TV so I could get that racing game on the iPad rather than keep getting the urge to buy Forza 4

The thing is, the time I get to just game is limited, while a few quick games of something on the iPad while watching telly/cooking/on the phone is easy to fit in. I would guess I'd for example spent more time playing Blue Block on my iPhone than I ever put into Forza 3, and Blue Block = 59p, Forza 3 = 39.99

And before this devolves into anything else, there is TONS of rubbish on the App Store, and you could easy spend 60 buying lots of rubbish to find one gem but with so many review sites around I pretty much only get now either the stuff I end up really liking or something which isn't great but still feels good value, while full price console games I just don't feel I get value for money from, that said if I won the lottery I'd be getting a wheel, huge telly and Forza 4 :)
