Ooh, it works 
well you go to this site http://www.planetsidegaming.com/psgaming/features/stats.php then look on for your character here http://myplanetside.station.sony.com/character_index.jsp and copy the link into the box on the planetsidegaming.com website then click "Fetch Stats" and then pick the "Image/Signature" link witch is http://stats.planetsidegaming.com/21/306006/stats.png[/img (but with a ] at the end i had to remove it to show you..)
and then you end up with something like this..
