Ia anyoen really suprised we're out? I'm half-heartedly hopeing that this is the wakeup English football needs to start doing $something again. Over about the last 8+ yeast the team's been slowly sliding down tube into the gutter as the press selectively crucify manager after manager for the team's failings. Sure, McLaren's shit, but who in their right mind would take the job knowing full well they are going to get abuse for trying to herd a bunch of overpaid tossers towards a tournament they have no chance of winning.

The 2 million quid he'll get when they cancel his contract isn't too shabby. They can pay me �2 million not to manage the england team tbh.
Maybe this is the beginning of the end for english football, rugby will start getting more funding, players get paid more, it'll start being shown more of TV and the little girl football players paid millions can go cry about there broken toe-nails in there man bags somewhere we don't have to watch them.
