Anyone else having problems?

My sell is cocked up. If i right click an object and sell, all I get is the objects name like this

Er
Fr
Ig
At
E
and no other info - so I dont know what price I am being quoted. Its on all characters too. Anyone know if its common?

I get that at certain stations , no idea whats causing it , if you click on advanced you get a little bit more information .

I re-installed and now its not conecting at all - comes up incompatible build.
