Finding a medical bay to update my clone

Is there an easy way in game of finding the nearest cloning bay, or am I better off just jumping to different systems at random and getting into on all the stations until I find one with medical services ?

Look at the services offered at each of the stations usually tells you

F10 and then drop down services and then medical
