Scotland arent as bad right now as they have been the past couple of years, and they do have a couple of excellent players atm. Gordon and Fletcher, but seeing as is 7 years away, both will probably be out of the game by then.

Saying that, Scotland has always been against having a British football team, because it would mean being associated with english thugs =)

was reading a bit more into it, its a lot to do with the SFA retaining the old firm as its seen that if we form one team, then they could go join the Premiership, which the SFA cant hope to allow or basically they go down the shitter. something along those lines anyways
