Cheers mate, that's one of the places I was looking - I've got the stream working without lag now, but it's really poor quality. Is that what you're using too? Going to look for a better one - will link it if I find one

Lots of documentation about them on www.freefootball.org, I'm watching that soppie channel now and it's a good un even when opened larger in WMP

Love watching Prem 3 pm kick-offs think I only missed a couple of Utd games that way last year.

Nope, think Murray's lost it. Still having a bit of trouble seeing the ball, but I think that's just the quality of the stream in general... can't see a way of downloading in "high" quality or anything

Usually they are optimised for the default size of the Sopcast viewer but I usually open it in WMP and resize it to a level I can cope with where it's not that blurry.
