Nope. Haven't attacked anybody, yet. And on at least one occasion I decided to log off and do something else instead of play, because I couldn't be arsed to pay attention to 150+ people in local to find out whether anybody is after me. All the war declaration has accomplished so far is that I play even less and that I am considering dropping from GTE again. Mission accomplished, eh?

although i did jump clone to Avergne the other night and fitted out my ickle stealth bomber..

Here are some hints for you.

The chances of getting blown up as a result of the wardec are miniscule. Really negligible. Seidh is a tiny corp and GTE C is even smaller. Even if you end up in the same system as a wartarget by some utter fluke (not likely as Siedh are mostly in Amarr space and GTE C are largely in Gallente or Caldari space), the wartarget would need to scan you down (which isn't easy in a busy system even for an experienced prober) then come in and gank you in your mission. There aren't many people in either corp who can fly a ship capable of scanning effectively and ganking at the same time. Plus they'll likely be in a mission ship just like you and not fitted for PvP.
