War! What is it good for?

Having said all that however, this is a perfect opportunity for you to get some PvP practice in against people at roughly your SP and experience level. Post up a system and a time, turn up in t1 fitted frigates and cruisers and enjoy shooting the crap out of each other. Buy a bunch of ships at the nearest station and every time you die, fly back there in your pod and get in another one. As long as you don't get podded you can keep doing that all day and, after insurance each loss is going to cost you pennies.

Just don't turn up in any t2 ships and don't go crazy on fits.

I meant to click start invention job but i somehow clicked paying the bill for another week of war. Ops, sorry!

No problem, it is okay that Tai declared war. I just had a chat with a few of my friends from IT Alliance and mentioned that GTE was a holding corp for the trade characters of some of the richest people from Goon fleet.

He thought it was nice of me to mention that and wanted to see whether the alliance was willing to declare war on GTE. Just remind me to leave the guild later today and not leave station tomorrow... :)

Taaii is a whole lot richer than me and I am insanely wealthy by the standards of most of you lot however neither of us could remotely be described as 'some of the richest people from Goonfleet'. Seriously, there are Goons who could buy titans for all their alts and still be rich.

Quoting myself to say DO THIS.

Learn how to kill other players and how to avoid getting killed by other players in a fairly low impact setting. No podding each other, turn up in any T1 cruiser or Frigate hull and go wild learning how EWAR works and how to get guns on real targets. Also it will teach you the most valuable lesson you can learn which is that losing ships doesn't matter.

This x1000

Killing stuff is fun. Hell, even Learning to kill stuff is Fun.

Shooting rocks is a necessity to get moneys.

500mil lasts a long, long time when you are flying stuff like the below, T1 Ship, insured. T2 Fittings + rigs will be about 10-15 mil. Total loss at BurnFireDeathHell? about 10mil. (Though some times a new monitor as you punch through it in frustration!!)

I'm up for it Zed, although would have to be frig or cruiser size ships.

Think i'm the only one left in GTE now though so could be a bit one sided.....

Jut all be in the same corp and have a thunderdome, 1v1, 2v2 etc etc.

Eve players:

Missions runners
Players who try pvp and quit
Players who try pvp and dont quit

The end game of EVE is pvp. You will get bored of missions. Causing tears as you rape someones faction ship in your T1 gang will bring you so much joy, trust me :D
