The British kids today are just wank on the whole, if they were good enough to get into a Prem first team they would do. The fact that Wenger has to go abroad isn't indicative of a poor FA youth system just that they are all talentless coonts.

It's not as though there isn't a huge carrot at the end for them either as getting up to �150k a week at the top level is as big a carrot as there can be.

I think we need to follow the example of Brazil and Argentina.
