That was such a funny video, I couldn't stop laughing!

Game is awesome so far, I just had a pop at the first dragon. Was shooting him from the top of a watchtower and got him down to a sliver of health. I was immersed so much I walked over the top of the battlements trying to get the last arrow off and died a hundred foot below :D

It wasn't so easy the second time around!

Enjoying this. it looks lovely on the PC.

So far ive visited greybeard and now im just backtracking on the quests in and around the area. Duel wield destruction magic is the bees though.

Exactly where I am, and what I've been doing :D Oh, that and putting pots on peoples heads.

Thats Pc though. Id be interested to see if its the same on Xbox - which I doubt.

for all the fact its a port Skyrim just works on the PC whereas I couldnt bring myself to get it on the xbox. i doubt I would have enjoyed it so much if i had, whereas MW3 on the Xbox is the way to go :)

The snow troll was a bit of a challenge - In the end dual wield fire took it down.

Hmm, got a pc (well, 2 desktops, 2 laptops), an Xbox and a ps3.

for gaming, Xbox wins hands down, unless its a WoW type game or something that genuinely needs a mouse control system.

My main pc is used for so much its untrue, whethers its downloading, browsing, shopping, working, photo manipulation or ahem, facebook, but don't ever try and replace my Xbox when it comes to logging in, shooting someone in the head and screaming abuse at a 12 year old without feeling guilty about it :)

Got this today after watching someone stream play it, thought it would run like arse, it runs great. No random drops though tone.

Oh, and the game is incredible. Can't reccomend it enough.

nope. had no issues playing it at all. Lovely game as well.

Still doing side quests in and around Dragonsreach. Everytime I do one more appear :)

I've been playing it for quite a while, and I have had 1 random dump to desktop after closing a container.

It's not happened since, and when i reloaded the game the same container didn't do it again.

I was getting the odd CTD and also occasionally when it loaded an area the FPS would go down to 1-5 (a reload would cure this).

I was running on ultra and reduced a couple of the settings (AA and anisotropic I think) and not had a crash since then.

Lots.
But luckily the game is both Epic, and very fast to reload, so i don't really give a shit. May drop the Antistropic a little, but I'd rather the game doesn't look too much like the scrub console jockey versions......

I'd say it crashes once per hour at least, but it reminds me to stand up and stretch every hour.

The Snow-Trolls are no problem for a Sword and Board with enchanted fire swords. 3-4 hits and they die.

The biggest problem i have is distraction. Takes me ages to get anywhere as you stumble across a thing, get a side quest, clear the quest, go home empty loot ohh new ores craft armour oh new level level up oh new thing, right, sell everything, where was it - back to the place.... oh what's that over there. Etc.

Though i'm progressing well through the Companions quests atm. Looking forward to getting rid of Werewolfism. It's shit.

Game tends to vanish every so often when I Alt+Tab but not had it crash out whilst playing.

I've seen flying mammoths, had invisible effects such as spider webs and fire (re-starting the game cures it) and got stuck in the terrain once so had to reload.

The game is still awesome though (Even with the shite key mappings). Just a shame I can't decide on a character to play.

yeah, takes me forever to get anywhere thanks to all the random things i find :p. mostly its not too bad as i can fast travel back, but i've found one place (on the path between isenstead and the swampy place with the tree) that doesnt have a fast travel marker, so i'm having to explore the place with the rubbish person i'm meant to be escorting keep getting himself killed :p
my only issues with the game so far have been:
a) the ui. dear god. contender for most console ui ever, i think... will try it with a 360 controller tonight, see if its a bit more intuitive.
b) occasional really difficult fight. strolling along through a place fine, and then suddenly an encounter thats miles harder than before, and then back to sensible difficulty again. maybe i'm just doing it wrong.

i've had one crash to desktop (again, on close a container), but as chick says the game loads so fast you dont really care. just gave me 10 seconds to laugh at my brother trying to fly jets in bf3. i hear the loading times are a bit of an arse on the consoles though, but they never ever ever crash, so i guess its ok waiting ages for each place to load while pc players barely have time to read the tips on the loading screens.... /endtroll.

Protip:
I've levelled enchanting up pretty high, and every time i craft a new set of armour, sink some money into filled Grand Soul Gems, putting Maxed magic resist enchants on the bits you can (IIRC It's Shield / Chest / Feet).

Still occasionally get a beating like you say Zeus, but going back in with a bit of a clue (Also recharge sword and remember to block) usually takes care of it.

How do i fill grand soul gems though, whenever i kill a human with my SoulHarvesting blade, i get told i don't have a gem large enough, and everything else gives only up to common souls, do i have to kill a Giant / Mammoth ?
