chick - human souls can only be stored in a Black Soul Gem apparently, not sure what you need for Grand. probably big creatures? i've only found one black soul gem, so i'm a bit loathe to go use it to enchant a sword, yet all the enchanted items i find in the world seem to be made from them, given how many charges they tend to have :/
also, where did you get that many grand soul gems from that you can use them for armour all the time? can you get them in shops?

The wizzzard in Dragonholm (erm.. Whatever it's called - the 'castle' in Whiterun) sells the odd one here and there, as do other vendors. Dont' seem to go through armour that fast though - now it's settled down (I'm at lvl 24). Using Full Orc armour upgraded to Superior.
I'm going to try out a few UI mods tonight, let you know if they help. The biggest derp i had was remapping my dragonshout to F, means that Z is now the 'favourite' key as that's hard coded.....

there's 2 I've seen that look useful, one un-fucks the consolified UI so you can use mouse gestures to move about rather than repeated buttonoization.
The other allows you to re-map hard coded keys such as F.

Really tempted to put my Warrior on hold for a bit and try a stealth mage thief assassin ....

Nothing ilke stealth killing an npc then raising him as a zombie to go kill his mates whilst you pop them with a bow...

Wow, there's a broom dungeon!!??!
I think I've seriously messed up my character. I was going sword and shield as I usually do but started having insanely good fun with the bow. I've now got a heavily armoured character with 40 points in archery! Oh well...

Gone 2H greatsword with fire/healing combo myself and thinking I should have used bow more. Can't reach the bloody dragons with spells yet, on the ground they are possible to fight, in the air....
Oh and like a few here I keep wandering all over the place to see what is just over there, getting a bizillion side quests and forgetting what I was meant to be doing in the 1st place....love it!

Killed a bunch of dragons on my Warrior build guy no problem. though 2 flew away before i could engage - however the basic lightning spam you get to begin with was enough for me, after running to the top of a tower / hill to piss it off enough to land and try to eat me.
It didn't go well for him.
Though my Stealth / Bow / DW Destruction mage is a lot of fun. Sneak sneak KPOW oh they are angry BURNBURNBURN
