Are Liverpool going to win the league?
Are Villa going to break into the top 4?
Is a big team going to be relegated?
Is Tony Adams going to arrested for keeping his dead mothers body in the attic of their motel?

I like how Man Utd are 'odds on' for the title now after beating Chelsea. Despict losing to Derby less than a week ago :)

Well losing to Derby didn't impact on the table did it :)

I like how Rafa is starting to spout bollocks, hopefully the pressure is getting to him and within the month of March we'll hear him utter those immortal words.

I will love it if we beat them

Well i'd prefer Man Utd to win the league over the other big 3, although I'd much prefer Villa to win - but it's not going to happen. I was just saying it's strange how Man Utd are odds on now after one result which to be fair was a mix of Man Utd getting there tactics spot on and Chelsea playing awful rather than simply Man Utd being amazing.

ManU didn't play that well they just did the job and Chelsea fell apart.

One thing that I really liked about the win over Chelsea was how you could see the heart being ripped out of them, they just stopped competing all around the park.

Gave me a warm fuzzy feeling inside.

Q:I'm assuming that the disallowed goal was another case of rolling the ball out of the quadrant so the ball was live and officials not picking up on it?

Rooney rolls it out with Giggs jogging over as though they are changing taker?

Last time they did that they got booked for time wasting but the ball was put into play on the sly :)

The ref waved his whistle about a bit so guessing he wasn't ready?

The ref had a good go of being the 12th man for ManU, especially in the first half. Some pretty soft yellows for a few Chelski players but Rooney seems to be able to disrespect the ref as much as he likes with no puishment.

You hear so much about how Ronaldo has lost the diving from his game but based on last night he is still the diving prince. He did get clattered a couple of times yesterday but he was doing 5.9's way before the first real foul.

How awful was Drogba? He was so bad it was like he was doing it on purpose.

For potential PL winners it was an awful game but then none of the top 4 have been great so far (performances wise).

What Rafa said was completely true... but the timing was awful, he should let his players do the talking and not get involved with Fergie's mind games. The top 4 have played well in a handful of games each so it's still all to play for, for me still a fight between United and Chelski -would love to see Villa break in.
WHY is that halfwit Lucas anywhere near Liverpool's first team, I have never seen any top flight player give the ball away with such regularity. It's effectively playing each game with 10 men, he's a liability. One of the reasons why they won't win the league with Rafa in charge, although there's nobody else at the moment.

Bloody hell Villa look to have had the rub of the ref again. A goal that looked handball and a penalty for a foul outside the box? Have to check MOTD tonight.

God that was hard work watching the match against Bolton, another 1-0 but at the top of the table.

With a bit of luck Liverpool will get turned over.

Oh apparently Mr Stiles gave a shocking penalty away, will have to watch that tonight as well.

ANY team, including my own (we did it a few times earlier in the season), who scores in the last minute is nothing but very very lucky (especially if they're Everton). I am not sure why teams don't play for more than 90 minutes but if I was a manager or captain I'd make sure that the team would be on their guard for injury time.
At least Chelski fluking a win keeps the title open but losing Cole is a big problem.

I wonder if Robinio is doing a runner because he heard Bellemy has signed for Man City and is on his way to the spanish training camp with his golf clubs?

Unfortunantly they have the money to keep making mistake and spend even more. Unless the people in charge get bored they will most likely be a force relatively soon.

I'm not sure they will get the big stars they need.

You'll get the mercenaries like Robinho go there but as has been shown, they bring their own set of problems with them and cause instability.

They will improve but will always end up paying over the odds for 2nd tier players rather than the cream.

QUestion for the many Arsenal fans.

4th in the league or 5th in the league and Spurs relegated?

Stupid is as stupid does
You're a bit twisted as a football fan if you'd rather settle for less to the benefit of another clubs elses relegation tbh. Surely you want the best for your club, end of story?

On another note, Bellamy has gone and Bowyer has gone. Woot \o/. Horrible little wankers.

I'd take 4th.

For many Spurs fans (and plenty of Arsenal fans it seems) their greatest pleasure comes from their most hated rivals suffering somehow.

For me, I enjoy my team doing well and anything bad happening to Spurs is simply a bonus.
