Look on the bright side, if you lose to Manure, at least you can say "Oh well, it was Manure."

I'm starting to get worried about Citeh.

Well if the papers are right for once and Jol has fallen out with Levy's pet Director of Window Licking and Saddle Sniffing, he's pretty much fooked.

I know, and that is half the problem with Spuds and as I said above why I gave up my membership. :(

Well, Woking get my turnstile dosh at the moment when I make it along to a few matches (5 min walk from the flat), and when they have the new ground I'll hope to make it along to a few Brighton games too (grew up going and watching Brighton week in week out with my old man).

So ARSEne is stunned by McClown snubbing his darling Theo... Well excuse me but I hardly see him playing for Teh Arse regularly, and when he does he quite often goes AWOL compared to a lot of the rest of the team. Just because Svennis was a boody idiot taking him to the world cup doesn't mean he is a shoo in for every subsequent squad, striking crisis or not....

Not sure what the press claim he said and what he actually said but, given that it's a friendly and half the regular squad are injured, one might have expected McClown to give Theown a shot.

When he plays for us he shows flashes of potential amongst the mire of clueless awkwardness. He's not good enough yet for regular Arse or England spots but it's only a friendly.

True enough, but with us hardly sitting pretty in the group I don't think we can aford to take it too lightly. Still, will see.

Meanwhile Jol has been wedged between a rock and a hard place by the Spuds board. They seem determined to wreck the progress we have made... :(

Also true but if half the squad are injured, I reckon he should take the chance to see how noobs perform as he'll replace them with senior useless tossers once he gets back to the business of not qualifying for Yoorup.

I saw the paper's mockery of the Spuds board on Sky this morning. If it's true that they flew to Spain last week to try and get the Seville coach then got turned down by him, they're an even bigger bunch of tossers than I thought.

Levy: Martin, we're not impressed with your lack of success over the last two seasons. We were going to replace you with Ramos from Seville but have decided to give you once last chance.

Jol: But Bosh. We haff gone from languishing in ze bottom half of ze table to finishing fifth for ze lasht two sheasons. Thish ish deshpite lotsh of injuries, refereesh picking on ush and thosh dirty Gunnersh poishoning our lunch.

Levy: We don't care, Martin. We're a big club and we should be winning things. We gave you 40m to spend, you promised us you would win the title this season and the Champions League next season but you've lost the first two games!

Jol: I never shaid that! I shaid we could challenge for ze title and finish in ze top four.

Levy: No more excuses, this is your last chance.

Jol: Ramosh turned you down, didn't he.

Levy: Enough! Get out there and finish in the top four or you're out!

Jol: Tossher.

LOL Like the conversation! :D

I expect Ramos (like many peeps in the past) used interest from Spuds to squeeze his current place for more dosh. The fact is tho the board shouldn't have given him that leverage in the first place by making eyes at him, we are perfectly happy with BMJ thankyewverymuch! All this talk of spending big, the net spend is much less and the TV money from this year means we've spent peanuts anyways. Fooking chimps.

Yeah but people never look at the net spend because it's not exiting.

If you tell everyone Spuds spent 40m, they say "Oooh, they best win something this season."

Tell them Spuds have a net spend of 10m and they say "And? That's fkall."

St Totteringham's day comes earlier and earlier each season it seems.

Adebayz0r won't ever score a better goal. :)

Hard to believe ManU's league position when you look at their form.
