For my Barbie Belial was the worst and Diablo the next worst. Azmodan was a pussy cat though - I'm not entirely sure why.

Cheers

Hell Belial was a nightmare for me, but Nightmare Diablo was easy as sin, though with Asmodian you need to avoid the infernos.

Anyone have any success selling on the AH as yet ?

I've yet to relist my items but I'm curious if anyone else has tried and how it went, if you did sell something what level was the item ?

I shift a fair bit of stuff on the normal AH.
but generally, unless it's got "good" stats eg primary stat + Vit + useful bonii i rally don't bother, and just vendor stuff.
Shifted 2 out of 3 legenderies too, but by putting them in pretty cheap.

Gah, I forgot to add the all important words "real money" before AH :/

You sold stuff for real money Chick ?

Don't think you'll sell stuff on the RMAH until you're getting item lvl 63 gear with the right stats. Guy I know made 200 over the weekend selling rings he'd bought cheap (most he spent was 500k) for gold on normal AH, but they were all lvl 63 items.

I can guarantee you that this "no being dead" thing won't last. Hell is... Hell.

In general - I have, and still do even though out gearing it now, just, foudn that as a difficulty setting, Hell is really pleasantly fun. Inferno is bonkers so far.

post 1.0.3 i've done maybe 3 full Act3/4 clears, adn how have just enough gear to start on Act1 Hell.

Admittedly i'm down to around 12kdps, but at 38k health and around 350-400 resist across the board.

Pre-1.0.3 this would have been impossible, so i'm happy with the changes they have made. it was necessary for my sanity to purchase a 1h weapon to make the farming more sensible, but that's the only non-farmed item I own now.

A couple of other things i've noticed, though it could just be me:
Knockbacks seem to be tone down a bit (unless physical resist)
Arcane orbs too seem to have been tuned slightly.

quite enjoying act 1 inferno. get worthwhile gear now, at least. all this shit people say about 'ooh, i farmed act 1 for 5 hours, and it cost me more in repairs than i got in cash!!' are just shit. i died more than i shouldve (forgetting to run from molten things once dead, thinking i could get the last hit in on butcher before his charge happened, etc.) and still broke even - and thats before i've sold the various level 61-63 yellows i picked up. ok, maybe the whining people have better gear than me so it costs more to repair, but otoh if they've got better gear they should be faster killing things, and die less, too.

people whining on forums, who buy gear, are bad at the game, and were probably carried through to inferno in public games
we are the pr0's :)

Bought all my gear apart from one ring, not had any luck with drops tbh :p
I farmed the crap out of act 1 and act 2 pre-patch 1.0.3 and the items I was getting were dire. Now it should be slightly easier I guess as going back to act 1 they have upped the loot drops and a chance of getting ilvl 63s. On the down side they have reduced the drop rate in act 3 and 4 (not confirmed, just from my own experience).
Anyway got Diablo down on inferno last night, was quite easy in the end, but getting there wasn't :)

Woot, monk power! Nice one Ginga :)

I've not been finding much time to play recently, but I've done a couple of hour long runs in the first two acts of inferno & found a couple of upgrades, a bunch of AH-able stuff & even my first set item. Since I can facetank act1 and a fair amount of act2 elites now I'm enjoying being able to farm whole acts for loot, pre-patch I was doing the same, but the guaranteed rare from elites removes the 'is that it? fu rng!' element from downing a particularly tough pack (at least until I become desensitized to the new drop rates).

I got Footy Manager 2012 last week and not had Diablo III on since, which is worrying (would have been 'tother way round 10 years ago). It's just not got that adictivity factor for me this time round. I think its a lot to do with certain sections being long, drawn out and a bit boring, bit like they made the durance in NM/Hell in D II. I'll probably dip in again at some point, but not feeling compelled to.

I have to say, I've delved into SC mode. No wonder people are moaning. I've done about 5-6 games, all with 4 people, I'm sporting 28k HP (lvl 53) and I'm feeling like I don't have enough, although it seems that 10k DPS is the normal amount for people.

I saw a wizard sporting gear with Strength/dex, he even had dex gems on his pants, people need to do some reading.

Maybe make it so that you have to be level 20 HC before you can post on the forums :D

what annoys me is all these people without a single vit or resist item, every item focussed on dps... and then they bitch that they die in one hit on inferno. and they say 'no, its not because i'm wearing full dps gear - i've tried wearing some gear to make me tougher and i still die!', and i'm sat there thinking 'weird, because i'm melee, i only take 30% less damage than you natively, and yet i dont die the moment a mob breathes nearby...'

yeah, the super fun thing, was the guys I was playing with were doing alot less DPS than me too lol. But yeah, I had to solo azmodan NM from 100k down to 0, and spent 80% of my time on the butcher rezzing people. I don't even know how people get hit by anything other than the cone attack he does.

oh i get hit by lots of stuff from butcher... fight takes ages if i run round all the time... just stand there and smash through it :p
but then, 44k hp, and about 90% damage reduction iirc....
